What is the cost of CalAnnuityCE?
CalAnnuityCE's online format is $29.95 which includes
course material, test grading, and reporting to the Department of Insurance. You
may also choose a paper-based version at a cost of $48.00.
How do I order CalAnnuityCE?
Most agents order CalAnnuityCE online because it's the fastest, most reliable
way to assure you'll meet the deadline. However, you may also download an order
form and return it to us by fax, or contact us by phone at 877-456-1884, 8:30
a.m. to 2 p.m. Pacific Time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express.
How safe is it to order online?
At SFG Annuity Trainers, your personal information is transmitted to a secure
server. All financial transactions are processed using the best
industry-standard encryption technologies. The privacy of your information is

What is your refund policy?
Online self-study: If you completed CalAnnuityCE and credit was awarded,
there are no refunds. Otherwise you will be entitled to a full refund
less a $15 registration fee provided you cancel within 10 days of the purchase
date.
Paper-based self-study: If you completed CalAnnuityCE and credit was awarded,
there are no refunds. Otherwise you will be entitled to a full refund
less a $15 registration fee provided you cancel within 10 days of the purchase
date and return the course in reusable condition at your own expense.
How do I print my course?
Once your order has been processed, or once you sign in, you will see a
button that says "View / Download Course". When you click on this button, Adobe
Acrobat will open the course text. Once the document is open and displayed on
your monitor, you can print it or save it to disk. Prior to printing, we suggest
you save your file to disk so that it can be printed or viewed at a later date.
Before printing out the entire file, we recommend printing a test page to be
sure your printer supports Adobe Acrobat's format.
I forgot my user name and password. What should I do?
Your user name is your email address. Go to the "Sign In" page and enter your
email address, then click on "Forgot My Password." Your password will be emailed
to you.
What happens if I lose my internet connection while I am testing?
Your test will be saved through the last question you answered. Simply sign
back into CALannuityCE, and resume testing.
